Scooby was found by our mother on the side of the road. She brought her home and has been here since. Our mother is retired and moving to Florida. She has no choice but to take it to the pound if we can not find her a home. She is one of the most loving fun dogs we have ever seen. She loves to run and play. Please help!!!! Rhodesian Ridgeback Dogs can make good pets in North Carolina if they match your IifestyIe. The Rhodesian Ridgeback is a fierce hunter that also makes a loyal family pet. Rhodesian Ridgebacks are very smart and obedient with firm training. Rhodesian Ridgebacks do not like to be teased by children. Ridgebacks need to be thoroughly socialized with other pets and humans, and may be dog aggressive. Ridgebacks can live in an apartment but these dogs are very energetic and need lots of daily exercise. This is an excellent dog to take jogging.
