She only barks to alert owner of visitors to house. she is an in house dog.

    With much sorrow my family and I must rehome our Gracie. We are a military family about to move overseas and cannot take her with us. She is dearly loved and due to that I want to ensure she goes to a good loving home and personally want to find her next home. Gracie is about two years old, current on shots, and spayed. The main reason I want to take an active hand in finding her a good home is that she does have a strong personality and I want to ensure her next family/owner has enough experience with dogs with dominant personalities to take her.     Irish is a sweet girl that obeys commands, walks/runs great, and even fetches. She has separation anxiety, and needs more activity than I can provide. Due to a car accident I can no longer run or walk long distances with her. She has become frustrated and behaviors are surfacing because she is frustrated and bored. Good home would be an active person that would include her as much as posible in their life.

    Rhodesian Ridgeback Dogs can make good pets in Arizona if they match your IifestyIe. The Rhodesian Ridgeback is a fierce hunter that also makes a loyal family pet. Rhodesian Ridgebacks are very smart and obedient with firm training. Rhodesian Ridgebacks do not like to be teased by children. Ridgebacks need to be thoroughly socialized with other pets and humans, and may be dog aggressive. Ridgebacks can live in an apartment but these dogs are very energetic and need lots of daily exercise. This is an excellent dog to take jogging.
